Pierre Ragues will be making a return to rallying in this weekend’s Rallye de Pont l’Evêque, part of the Coupe de France.

 

Pierre, who has recently completed a successful, podium-filled season in the FIA World Endurance Championship, last competed in a rally back at Lyon-Charbonnieres in April. 

 

The French race and rally ace will be joining the Racing Service team behind the wheel of a Skoda R5. He’ll be co-driven again by Julien Pesenti, with whom he finished on the R5 podium at Rallye du Touquet, as they tackle six special stages on Sunday. 

 

Pierre said: “After a competitive and positive WEC season, I am looking forward to being back in rally mode at Rallye de Pont l’Evêque this weekend. It’s been some months since I last competed in a rally but I am sure I’ll be quickly back up to speed. It’s great to keep up my driving skills against some strong competition. I am particularly grateful to my partners Group Auto, Top Garage, Ellip6 and Sparco, as well as with the presence of Yacco alongside us with Julien. Let’s see what result we can fight for.”
